Web-CMS V2.4.0 released

We are happy to release a new version of Web-CMS, 2.4.0. We have also updated its layout so that the users can make use of browser area entirely.

The new version includes incremental publishing feature that enables the Web-CMS system to evaluate your existing website content, and to publish only the new content to your web location. This feature will help users to save considerable amount of bandwidth, and was long due.
