My briefcase is an online tool that allows you to store files/images/flash/media online and then access them from anywhere. Think of it as an extra hard drive that you can use from any computer connected to the Internet. You can use it to manage files from home, work, or any other location.
Step 1:
To access your Briefcase, simply go to My Briefcase Under Tools sections as shown below:
A pop up window will come up as shown below:
Step 2:
Click "Create Folder" from the top page of your Briefcase as shown below:
A pop up window will come up as shown below
Next, enter a name for your folder Click “OK”
Step 3:
Click on the folder in which you want to save your files
Step 4:
Click on the "Browse" button to choose the item to be uploaded. Locate the item on your computer's hard drive, select it, and click on the "Open" button.
Step 5:
Then click "Upload." There may be some delay or lag time while your item is being uploaded, depending on the size of the file and the speed of your Internet connection.
The process is same for images/flash/media.
Step 7:
The required files/ images/flash/media will be downloaded when required in the content. (Ref: Site manager)
