Fill up the respective fields,
- Template File in Compressed Zip Format: To upload the Template from local machine, click on the "Browse" button to the location of the zip file and choose the Template to be uploaded. Locate the item on your computer's hard drive, select it, and click on the "Open" button.
- Please fill up the text box “Title of Template” with the title of template you would like to assign.
- Please fill up the text box (with scroll) “Description of Template” with the detail note about the Template.
Click “Submit” to make this Template available in My Templates (Ref: My Template)
