You can publish your site in more than one language through Multilingual Setup.
Step 1: Choose a Website template
Click on "Multilingual Setup" under "Settings" Section on any user page of Web-CMSTM Control Panel as shown below:
A Pop up window will come up as shown below:
Step 2: Select any language
You can select any language in which you want your site to be published.
Click upon the language and move it to right side with icon and can also moved back with icon if you don't want to choose the language for your website.
Then click "Save" button as shown above.
Step 3: Publish your Website
The website will get published after clicking "Continue" button
